Begin Again

Hello Dear Reader,

It’s okay to begin again.

It’s been a long minute and I feel like I’ve been holding my breath and waiting to exhale for a while. This feels so right and it feels as though it’s happening at the right time.

I started Christian Hub in 2017, with the leading of the Holy Spirit. At the time, I knew it was a need and exactly what God wanted me to be doing and then life happened and in all honesty, I didn’t know when I would come back to this vision. Fast forward to December 2024, God put it back on my heart and used a friend of mine to speak to me about starting again, another honest moment, I didn’t know how I would come back or if I even had the capacity to start again in the way God wanted me to, but in January 2025, God put it on my heart and sent yet another person to remind me of what He had said previously. I got up, put on my big girl pants and I am here writing to you; not as someone who knows it all but as a child of God who knows she is loved by God and is choosing to love and obey Him in response.

God has shown me a bit of what the journey would look like over the next couple of months, maybe even years, but I don’t have anywhere near the full picture. I am willing, ready and committed to running with the vision anyway and being a vessel that’s available for God to use.

This blog post is titled begin again, because just like me, I believe God has but a dream, a vision, an idea, a book, a song, a podcast, a blog, or something in your heart and he’s telling you to begin again.

Start where you are. Start with what you have. There is no such thing like perfection. Remember, done is better than perfect. Just do it.

You have so much on the inside of you, so much potential that the world needs to see, so whatever it is that God has placed on your heart, please do it.

It’s okay to begin again, it’s okay to start again.

“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.”

Verse to meditate on:

“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

Isaiah 43:19 NKV

Prayer Point:

God, you are my Father and my friend. I thank you for your unfailing love towards me. I thank you for the plans and the purpose you have for me. I pray that as I walk on this journey you have called me to, I remain in you and you in me. I pray that my steps are ordered by you. I pray that indeed you show me the path to take and I walk in it. Thank you because I am yours and you are mine. How beautiful it is to be loved by you. May I experience your love every day of my life, In Jesus Name, Amen.

Declaration:

I am a child of God

I am loved by God

Because God loves me, I can love others

Just as love is an action word, I show love through my actions

I am graced to do all God has called me to do

I can begin again because God is directing and guiding me

My life is in God’s hands

I am His and He is mine

I am a child of God

I am loved by God
